Hi,

I’m Irena.

I come from a background in science and now work in IT, a world of systems, logic, and structure. I am also an emigrant, living between places, languages, and selves.

This space exists so I can share the creative work that never quite fit elsewhere.

I carry many passions, writing among them.

As a child, I wrote instinctively, until a surrounding environment taught me to grow quiet. Years later, I pick up that thread again, not knowing where it will lead, only wishing it brings me at least closer to my true self and, at best, to pieces that feel worth keeping. In small steps, that might help loosen a shell that both protects and weighs.
